Electrical Dry-Mate

SEA CON^®'s electrical dry-mate connectors are mated in air with the mating interfaces being kept dry and sealed from the external environment. Once properly mated, the connector can be submerged to it's rated depth. Product ranges include the MINI-CON, MSS (Metal Shell Series), CS-MS and 55 series.

RM (Rubber Molded)

Our standard Rubber Molded Series typically consists of an in-line female neoprene connector mated to a glass reinforced epoxy (XS) bulkhead connector. Various sizes are available ranging from single contact connectors up through 12 contact connectors.

GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy)

Our standard Glass Reinforced Epoxy (XS) Series line of connectors consist of gold plated contacts molded in glass reinforced epoxy.

CS-MS

The CS-MS connector range was designed for ROV applications. It has high density contact patterns and uses aluminum shells as standard in an effort to keep both size and weight to a minimum.

55 SERIES

This series of underwater electrical connectors has design features superior to other industry standard connectors, whilst remaining compatible and interchangeable with them.

66 SERIES

SEACON (europe) Ltd is pleased to announce the release of a new range of underwater electrical dry-mate connectors to compliment the existing 55 SERIES.

MINI-CON

SEA CON®'s well established MINI-CON range was originally developed for the purpose of supplying small diameter, high density and high pressure connectors.

Micro MINI-CON

To meet the ever increasing demand for smaller high density connectors, SEA CON® developed the Micro MINI-CON series.

MSS (Metal Shell Series)

The well established MSS (Metal Shell Series) of connectors have been in production since the 1960’s and are designed to withstand full ocean depth pressure and harsh environments, including offshore, exploration and military applications.

HUMMER

This unique, ultra miniature design incorporates the proven characteristics of some of our popular connectors in a smaller, rugged and reliable package.

GLOBE-CON

Originally developed for a major offshore development project, the GLOBE-CON series is a small diameter, dry-mate connector.

MIL-SPEC

Our MIL-C-24231 series of connectors are manufactured and tested in accordance with the strict requirements of the Navy specification MIL-C-24231.
