The well established MSS (Metal Shell Series) of connectors have been in production since the 1960’s and are designed to withstand full ocean depth pressure and harsh environments, including offshore, exploration and military applications. Fully ruggedized for ease of handling and deployment, this connector range is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel as standard, with GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) inserts molded around gold plated electrical contacts, however optional materials are available upon request including Monel^®, Titanium, Aluminum and PEEK (Polyetheretherketone). This connector range is very adaptable to custom strength terminations and is also continually being upgraded, please contact SEA CON^® for further information and availability.
